Under Construction
Hello, my name is SkySkimmer, and this is my page dedicated to My Little Pony. I have been collecting since I was four years old and have accumulated numerous Ponies since 1982. When I saw the 1997-98 ponies I knew I had to get them. I even named myself after my favorite 97-98 Pony, Sky Skimmer. My page is going to be largely dedicated to the new 97-98 edition Ponies, but some things will be mentioned later about the old style kind. This is a picture of Sky Skimmer and her Secret Suprise Friends. Sky Skimmer is yellow with a pink mane and tail, purple eyes with green jewels and a pink butterfly symbol. She comes with a pink floral comb that hangs around her neck and four aqua bracelets, two of which have purple and green butterflies that attach with velcro. Every Pony comes with his or her own card that provides a short description of him or her self. Sky Skimmer loves the outdoors and leaping through the gardens.
Berry Bright is a neon orange Pony with a yellow mane and tail, green eyes with green jewels, and a vine of grapes symbol. She comes with a magenta comb with berries on it and two neon green saddle bags that have purple grape bushel inserts with green ribbons attached. Berry Bright is shy and loves to bake sweet pies for all her Pony friends. Petal Blossom is lavender with a pink main and tail with aqua flowers and leaves symbol, and blue eyes with silver jewels. Petal Blossom comes with an aqua floral comb and a yellow sun hat. The ladybug ornament in the sun hat can be removed to become a barret with a false aqua braid. Petal Blossom is a day-dreamer and loves to take naps. You'll note that on the backs of their boxes, Sky Skimmer and Petal Blossom have their colours reversed, and Petal Blossom and Clever Clover are both picking up the wrong foot. Morning Glory is pink with a lavender main and tail and an aqua moning glories and leaves symbol, and blue eyes with pink jewels. She comes with an aqua horse-shoe shaped comb with a morning glory at the top and a yellow backpack that has pullout and wind-up ribbons that can be braided into Morning Glory's tail. Morning Glory is an early riser that loves sharing fantastic things with her Pony friends. Clever Clover is the most unique of the Secret Suprise Friends set as he is the only boy. Clever Clover is deep purple with indigo/purple hair and a mint green clovers symbol, and mint eyes with silver jewels. Clever Clover comes with a mint comb with clovers on it and a coral baseball cap that has flip-up or pull-down shades. Clever Clover is show off, but always lucky.
Sundance and Ivy (pictured here) are the first two in a line of Magic Motion Friends, Ponies that can move more body parts than just their heads. Sundance is magenta with and purple and yellow streaked mane and a solid purple tail. She has a yellow sun symbol and blue eyes with silver jewels, and when you turn her head from side to side her tail swishes back and forth. Sundance comes with and orange, coral and green vanity table, with a flower for the table and vines for the legs and mirror. The vanity can store all of Sundance's smaller accessories such as her three orange flower barrets and her matching orange flower comb. The barrets can actually attach to the mirror in three different places. Sundance loves exploring the outdoors and always looks for new adventures. Ivy is aqua with a purple and pink streaked mane and a solid pink tail. She has a solid purple ivy symbol and purple eyes with pink jewels. Ivy comes with a magenta, pink, purple and green armoire with grape bunches and vines all over it. The doors open to reveal a hooked pole that can hold Ivy's accessories such as her blue tiara, purple earings, purple bracelet and there is even a special hook on the inside of the door for her blue grape comb. (Some colours of accessories may be opposites of those listed here.) Ivy loves to be glamourous and gossip about the lastest styles and fasions with her Pony pals. Both Sundance and Ivy come with one gate and one rainbow gate connector.
